Upfront Sales Reporting
Ad Sales Executive Dashboard
As the DATG sales organizations combined under one leader, a need arose to have a consolidated view into sales data across networks and day parts for executives.
Software Solutions is building a new application that will allow executives to securely access a consolidated view of sales data with filtering and sorting capabilities to organize and consume the latest sales data.
The application will also include the previous fiscal year’s sales numbers for comparison.
Executives will be able to log in and will only see sales data that is relevant to their teams.
Intelligence
Collaborative Schedule Planning and Strategy
Used by ABC Planning & Scheduling, Content Strategy, Programming departments and DATG executives.
Intelligence is used to plan the Primetime schedule for Upfronts and Intelligence is used to plan the 52 week schedule.
Patented real-time collaborative scheduling.
OTTO - Over The Top Operations
Affiliate OTT Scheduling Portal
Enables both OTV and Affiliate stations to manage their own replacement content to create rights cleared streams to send to Digital MVPDs.
Provides one interface for the 200+ ABC Owned and Affiliated stations to view their network schedules, replace content that isn’t rights cleared for digital, switch to emergency content and distribute the resulting rights-cleared stream to all Digital MVPDs.
ABC Studios Web
The Official Site of ABC Studios
ABC Studios has 36 current shows and 23 pilots that are being considered and the studio needs a web presence to market its shows.
Software Solutions is built a new CMS-backed website and authoring environment that allows ABC Studios partners to view a public-facing website that highlights the studio, its shows, links to press/news, and allows users to learn more about the studio.

Collaborative News Gathering
Used by ABC News to manage and track the lifecycle of a story across all of their news properties.
Storyline is a collaborative news production tool used to share editorial information, production elements, assignments, and contact information by story.
Provides the ability for users across the news division to work together in a central location.
Intuitive interface with modern look and feel.
ANET
ABC Affiliate Network Portal
ANET is an existing site serving the ABC Affiliate community, administered by ABC Affiliate Relations.
ANET 3.0 is an FY18 project to move ANET to a modern enterprise CMS while redesigning the look and feel to increase both administrative maintainability and affiliate user engagement.
eLog
Digital Broadcast Log Management
eLog displays the linear television network’s broadcast logs for the East/Central, Mountain and Pacific feeds to operational personnel who are supporting the program origination to ABC affiliates.
eLog is also used to electronically capture commercial hit times, certify program log pages and is the application where discrepancy notes and information is entered and viewed by multiple business units.
The eLog system is used by mission critical broadcast facilities including the Central Switching Center, Network Control Center, Network Release, Traffic Operations, and program release control rooms to ensure that program feeds are correctly routed to the outgoing satellite uplinks.
ABC Cloud Playout
Media Playout, Workflow, and Content Logistics
ABC Cloud Playout (previously known as Columbus) is the next generation broadcast supply chain application by reinventing DATG’s people, process, and technology.
This application Automates and digitizes the workflows with the implementation of a flexible SOA infrastructure and Business Process Management (BPM) for Asset Ingestion, Content Preparation and Content Logistics Delivery.
